Ithas Bow and Rangers in General - Guild Wars Forums

Well, as far as the Ithas Bow, the preorder item from EBGames.com, is weak compared to the stats you need to use it. Why is that? I mean, you won't be able to put in any skill points into a second profession if you want to use it, and the damage to skill requirments is pretty low. And a ranger is suppose to be one of the best characters in the game, and from what I have seen so far, they are one of the, if not, the weakest, and wouldn't be able to hold their own when it comes to PvP battles, they couldn't during the beta weekend events, even with a pet. Damage with bows to skill level ratio needs to be better, and the armor stats needs to be a little better.

And the price I paid for the preorder of the game, and the quality of the bow, I feel it wasn't worth it.

Suggestion: A patch should be released, and soon, for the ranger to make it a better character and more fun to play. For during the beta weekends, I was getting killed as a ranger more often than other characters not a ranger at my level.

technically, the price you paid for the preorder should have been deducted from the retail product. that means that you didn't actually have to pay for the preorder package.

as for your balance complaints, they fall upon deaf ears here. i suggest if you wish to have your opinions heard, you use the Sardelac Sanitarium or Campfire forums.
