Who can use them and how do you use them - I've just been using them
as income

They are used with one-handed weapons, they boost your energy, armor... ect... Mostly used by monks, elems, mesmers...

I also dont find much use for them with my characters...

thanks - that was simple - usually my hands are full. I guess in your hand
they are a passive benefit like a shield.
