PvP, Guilds, Competition. - Guild Wars Forums

Ok so me and my friends are in a guild. Were all cresting lvl 10 now, and we would like to get into some organized PvP. So can anyone give basic info on where I find an Arena to take 4 of us to fight other guilds? Or atleast I, as a lvl 11, can go PvP since the one in Ascalon tells me im too big to play witht he kiddies?
