How many of these can I get? Do I only get the one, and need to save it for a powerful skill? Or can I keep getting them and don't have to worry if I mess it up?

Dont use them on elites they are bugged and won't unlock.

SoC should be available in Lion's Arc, and Yak's bend but not sure on the latter since I'm not playing much at the moment

soc not available anywhere upto lions arch so far, pretty stupid gimp really seeing as its such a bother to use anyway. Got to plough on through till the end to get those good skills by which time you dont need them half as much :/
