Anyone else having a hard time getting a group for the Ruins of Surmia mission? I am a Mo/E10 almost 11 and I can never find a group for the Surmia mission and if I do it is a bunch of low levels who for the most part don't know what they are dong and won't listen to me...

Also..can someone give me some general direction on how to do the quest? It doesn't have the all-too-handly arrows on the compass and that really throws me off. (Yes, I'm lazy)
