yea i haerd you can upgrade your bags and packs and stuff can you really do this and if yes how do you do it.

You can buy a rune of holding from merchants that increases your bag size from 5 slots to 10 slots.

yes just buy a rune of holding at 500 gold
that increase the size of a bag from 5 to 10

You can purchase belt pouches, Belts, and large sacks throughout the game.

You can also upgrade these using A certain "rune" that you can buy from the merchant in Yaks bend.

Upgrade is only from 5 to 10 slots.

Can you get those pre-Searing or only post? I only found one extra belt pouch so far, no bags, no runes in pre-Searing Ascalon.

You get the belt pouch in pre-seared, as you've discovered, and everything else is in post.

The runes can be purchased by a merchant in an area named " Yaks Bend".
