Signet of Capture bug? - Guild Wars Forums

All right, I used Signet of Capture (for the first time since retail) to steal Virulence from a boss. The skill is on my skill list and I can cast it, yet when I go to create a PvP character, the skill isn't unlocked. What's the deal and how can I fix this?

Rumor says it's a bug.

Dunno why it wasn't corrected yet... sounds easy...

This is what gives full role playing characters the advantage over pvpers. All that exploring and finding skills might just give you the upper hand over those that got it easy.

Where did you pick up Signet of Capture? I can't find it at Lion's Arch
