Ok ive made my guild. But how do i make a cape? I keep going to the emblem guy in ascalon and he wont do it, What items, Money, Skills and quests are needed?

Also is there qeust before unlocking guild halls?
again how much, items, Skills etc etc..

I only know off the cape.

You must have 2000( 2 Platinum) gold to make this.
