Should SoC unlock skills? - Guild Wars Forums

I was under the impression that gaining a skill by Signet of Capture unlocked that skill for your PvP characters as well. I recently used Signet of Capture to gain a skill, but that skill was not unlocked for my PvP characters when I attempted to create a PvP character using that skill. Is this intended? If it is, is there any way to unlearn a skill so that I can re-learn it in a manner that unlocks it for PvP?

SoC should be unlocking skills as far as I know.. I suspect this is a bug.

It is a bug actually, otherwise you can't get elites on your PvP chars.

The real question is when they fix it are we going to get retroactive unlocks for skills we already have on RP chars. Anyone have any links to info GW might have given about this? I find it really annoying that they don't have forums.
