Standard and Collector's - Guild Wars Forums

What would happen if I input a standard edition key, and decided to "upgrade" to a collector's edition by inputting the collector's edition key along with the standard key? Will I be able have access to eight characters on one account? Or will the standard edition key lose its link with the e-mail address?

I guess that the only thing you'd get by doing this would be the divine aura.
