Would someone tell me which boss has the elite skill, barrage, so I can use the signet of capture on it?

According to this site, none of the bosses have it. There's a skill trainer for it in Fisherman's Haven though. Chances are, there will be a mixup on which bosses carry what skills so there would be little value in knowing which boss has it since it has probably already been changed since the last beta. Just my thought.....nothing official.

The skill trainer in Fisherman's Haven does not provide the elite skill barrage. Unless it just won't show up for me until I hit level 20? I didn't hear anywhere else that you have to be level 20 to use elites. If anyone knows where to get the Elite skill barrage please let the rest of us know.
