Question about attribute refunds - Guild Wars Forums

I swear I've used like 4 of these... yet after a while I log back in and they're all there. Do they regenerate or something?

everytime you level you get refund points if that's what your asking.

edit: thanks for the better answer auntie, i wasn't sure when they were aquired but i know i always have 24

you earn 1 refund point for every 250 EXP. The max you can have is 24.
