For 5 seconds, foes in this location take 8-27 Holy damage each second

yeah it states that but when i cast it on a mob it doesn't take any dmg at all, same with pvp.....can someone xplain this use clearly? thanks

You must be next to the enemy.

The description is currently bugged.
