Question: Banking in GW? - Guild Wars Forums

Is there a Bank in GW and if so, where?

I have pretty much avoided towns completely in my playing of GW so far so haven't seen much in towns. Could have easily missed it if there is one.

In post sear there is one in almost every town. They hold 20 items and are shared by all chars on the account.

Uhm, I think he means an actual Bank to store gold / silver, right?

If that is true, then no I have not seen any NPC that is acting as a Bank. Only as Storage.

When you die you DO NOT lose gold or items, for the moment, so a Bank in all reality is not needed because there is no chance for you to lose your gold at all.

Better question would be, is there a max amount of gold / silver / ??platinum?? that you can carry on your character at a time?
