You have to be in post-searing to get henchman.
To invite other players or henchman into your group, click on them, then up in your party box you should see their name with a little plus icon next to it. Click on the icon to invite them, which will make henchman automatically join. Henchman are located in every outpost in post-searing as far as I know. |

To find the henchmen in Post-Searing hold down the ALT button and look around.

I thought henchmen popped up with CTRL, just like player characters. Also, they tend to be found near the portal out of whatever area you're in, in a nice little line.

I haven't left Ascalon yet with my newest toon, and did not play in the last BWE. I was used to
Monk Hench War Hench Ele Hench Rang Hench I hear there are more Henchmen now. Can you have a full group of Henchmen? Previously having a smaller party size was one of the downsides of having a Hench-only group. Did they add more Henchies? |

You can have henchies after pre-sear, after you pass Yek's bend, party inlarge to 6/6. You can see them by either holding ctrl. At Yek's bend, there are Healer, Fighter, Brawler, Cultist, Mage, Ranger, and Enchanter.
And yes, you can have full group of henchies. They are actually pretty good for quests, not for missions, they arent smart enough ;p |

Actually they work fine in missions too. You can do pretty much everything in the game with just henchmen.
And there's even more once you get to the lower shiverpeaks and party size increases to 8. Including a second monk. |

I did a lot of mission content with just me and Henchies in an earlier BWE, but it annoyed me that I couldn't have a full group of Henchies. Rather than 6 members I would only have 5, because there were only 4 Henchies. I leveled to 20 with just me and Henchies.
I liked the feature and I am excited that I can have a one to a few extra Henchies now. |
