Where do I go to get to this?

I have the quest but I dont know how to get to it.

Also, If I go to yak's bend, can I go back to Ascalon City. Or say I went to Lion's Arch, can I still travel anywhere in the post-searing "world" that I have already been to?

Cause some of these quests are waaayyy too hard and I'm hoping to get some better skills/weapons and come back to do them. Like the ashes quest. I can never find a decent party to do that with so i want to get better stuff later on and return to finish it.

Also, in attempting to find the Ruins of Surmia, I went and did the northern wall mission...again. Afterwards, you see that shield and the sword goes through it. Well, I saw that again and a second sword went through it on the other side. I am assuming this means I beat it twice but I didnt get anything from it. Does it keep doing the swords or is that just showing that you already beat it? Is there a prize for doing it more than once? Also, is there a bonus mission in that "mission"?

Sry for all the questions, I normally would've made a seperate thread for each but that would take too long. Thanks for any and all responses.

1 sword is like the primary mission
2 swords is the secondary or BONUS mission
so if u do the primary mission and complete it u get 1 sword if u find the bonus/secondary mission u get the other sword

& den if u do teh mission agan u get 2 sordz but it dosnt show on teh main map lol
