The following information we need included in your applications to the guild.

- Your character's names
- Contact ifnormation (email, sn's, etc.)
- Your prospective classes (ranger/warrior, etc.)
- How you found out about the guild
- Any skills you would bring with you (such as technical, writing, strategic, etc.)
- What made you choose HoK over the other guilds out there
- age (remember you must be 16+)
