In-game offline messaging? - Guild Wars Forums

In one of the guides on I can't recall which site, the UI was significantly different than it is now. It showed tabs above the various info boxes, and in the one containing friends and guild information, there was an option to send offline messages to people in game.

Is it still possible to message people that are offline, and also is there any way to change the UI to this older interface? I rather liked the look of having like info boxes grouped and tabbed, if I just want one quickly I'll use the hotkey.

you used to be able to, now you cant

The feature is curently undergoing an overhaul. The dev team decided it was up to a standard to be included in release, so disabled it while they work on it. Not sure when it will resurface, but it seems to be on the "to-do" list.
