A question about parties and XP - Guild Wars Forums

A noobish question:

In other mmo's i've played, xp was penalized based on the highest level party member in your group. So if im level 17, and I party with a level 10, and we fight a creature thats level 11, will the level 10 member in my group receive 0 xp?

Tried searching for an answer on this one and couldn't find anything. Sorry in advance if this is something i could find by RTFM (dont remember it being covered in there though).
