Complete Noob Question! - Guild Wars Forums

When you go to make a custom pvp build, and put in all your attributes and such..how come there's only 4 attributes that you can add...I can't even fill up my whole bar from the ones available!

I assume you mean skills and I think those are unlocked in the RP side.
