Skill chances
I'm wondering if anyone knows what this phrase means:
(x% chance while using skills) Does it mean that while you have the item equipped, you have a lower chance of yours skills actually working, or what? thanks! |

In what context is it used?

it only is used if that chance succeeds (so if it says 10% chance then around 1 in 10 times that "buff up" works)

Ah! Ok, so for instance, if I have a shield that says:
Blood Magic +1 (19% chance while using skills) Then my blood magic skills should get boosted by +1 roughly 19% of the time? |
