2 questions. death and armor
how do i build armor out of the things i found? i looked for someone but didnt find anyone to build things with
I have a few odd items. bones, spider web. glittering dust. tanned squares. etc. id like to know what to do with these? and what should i keep and what should i trade away ? also if you die, does this reduse your player in any way? is it ok to die. or do you want to avoid this at all costs. i have been regenerated with everything so far several times. thanks |

1. If you are still in Pre-Searing Ascalon, you can't build new armor yet (you can get new armor from collectors, though). If you are in Post-Searing Ascalon, use the Alt key to see the merchant NPC's names. The one you are looking for is the one with the word armor next to their name. (ie. Meranda [armor]) You can use these "crafting materials" along with some gold to get new and better armor.
2. In Pre-Searing Ascalon, there is no negatives that come along with death, but in Post-Searing you get a "Death Penalty". The DP decreases your max health and mana by a certain percentage depending on how many times you have died. The DP goes away once you leave the area, though, so there is a reason to avoid deaths but not "at all cost". |
