Where are energy tap and energy drain? - Guild Wars Forums

I have been looking for these two spells and I was wondering if anyone knew where there was a trainer you could purchase them or if there was a quest you can get them from? Any information would really help.

Energy Tap can be found in Post-Sear Ascalon... part of a Mesmer-only quest originating in the Sanitarium, I think (could be wrong).

Energy Drain.. dunno yet.
