Need Dark Dmg Staff - Guild Wars Forums

I heard that a collector in the desert somewhere has a dark dmg staff for a necro with 15-28 dark dmg. I don't know where to find this collector or even if this is true.

I have a lvl 20 necro that needs a VERY elite 2-handed staff. If anyone can tell me where to get one OR if they can sell me one, let me know. I'll hand you my character name so we can trade
