Getting to Droknars Forge - Guild Wars Forums

I know that you can make the long trek to Droknars by heading south in Shiverspeak. What I wanted to know was, which mission, assuming there is one, will send you to Droknars Forge?

Ascention quests>Dragon's Lair>Droknar's Forge IIRC. It is a continuous line of missions from start to finish. You have to get to the desert, which you will have to do missions on the west side of the map to get there. Sanctum Cay I believe is the last mission before the desert ascention quests.

Unless you're really good with your skills, don't go down from beacon's perch. The monsters are all lvl 24+ so if you try that way, good luck, you'll need it. Otherwise, doing ascension missions is the way to go. Once you finish the 3 ascension quests, its all easy from there to droknar's.

I'm pretty sure that journey simply is not possible...at least not unless you're powerful enough to have already been to Droknar's Forge.

I say this having walked from Ascalon City all past Lions Arch, through the Temple of the Ages, beyond Druid's Overlook, down to Henge of Denravi, and ultimately finishing my journey at Sactum Cay. I started at level 14, I ended at around level 17.

I'm no stranger to long walks, but I couldn't even get past the worms about 1/6 of the way to Camp Rankor.
