disconnected at very bad time...
Was playing the mission out of Fort Ranik yesterday with me on one pc & my buddy on another on the same cable connection (yes we have two legal copies). It took us nearly an hour to get through to where we were pretty sure we were at the end of the mission - dont want to give spoilers, but it was obvious this was the grand finale of this mission. So, i'm estimating we're less than 5 minutes from completing the mission, and suddenly both of our pc's flash up "guild wars cannot complete the request" and we're back to the logon screen. Very annoying. Anyone know why this would happen? Is it related to the cable/router connection? We've played quite a few hours each so far, both solo and together, and this was the first time anything like this happened. Any help would be appreciated.

i had this problem last night, and the night before with my boyfriend. We were both able to log back in again straight away so i guessed it was just a very small break in connection for a second, probably because of our ISP.
If you can log in again straight away, use local chat to ask if anyone else got disconnected. If others did it was more than likely a GW server problem, if you're the only person then i'd say it was on your ISP/router connection. |

I had a similar problem with the Nolani Academy Mission. I finally finished the mission, went to the cut scene, and then to the loading screen for the next area when the connection stopped and it took me to the log in screen. I logged right away and had to redo the mission over again. Bummer.
