on a radeon pci 9200 128 mb
also i have 2.6gigherts processor
768megs of ram the grapics card i am usin now is the 82845g intel
what kind of quality can i get from the radeon card

I think you will be amazed, my wife decided she wanted to get into GW and I wasn't so sure about her computer, we bought it, installed it and it's running as smooth as can be just a hair off of max settings. She's running on a:
P4 2.0ghz
512 Ram
ATI 9600 128meg (this is a new addition, back a few beta events ago I played on her computer when it had a Geforce MX 420, as old as dial-up

and I was still running very smooth and was blown away by the graphics, never really bothered to check what settings they were on.)

So you should run just fine on very high settings, at the worst the 9600 we picked up for her computer only costs around $50's.
