does anyone know where to get this skill, i know its an elite, thus i need to use signet of capture, but i dont know what mob uses it

omg look out for that BUMP!

I too have been looking for this skill, as well as barrage. Rangers got shafted as far as 31337 skill loc.

Please for the sake of my build.. has anyone found either of these skills?

*and mod, before you plug that anti-ranger skill location thread.. We all have seen it.

1.) There is an entire forum for these requests right here.

2.) This is an elite skill, and there is a thread devoted to listing all elite skill locations right here.

It appears it hasn't been found yet (or reported yet.) Either way, those are the best places to ask.
