question about post-searing - Guild Wars Forums

Just a little thing here but I cant seem to find the answer here nor on the main GW site....

When I am in towns I notice that some players have a light-blue icon that looks like a person with a number by it above the players head.

What does this mean?

As a follow-up to that, i noticed some people have light blue names and others have dark blue names. What's that?

I think it means in party or not
