No, because it is not deleted. It's just changed.

Ah...
So in essense, once a guild has a cape, they have a "cape" forever. Now, they can decide to change it down the road for another 2P, but they can never just delete it? |

Has any seen a program for design guild cape? I'm not talking about in game. I want to design the cape before I buy it. It will be great to design it when i'm not playing the game. i can also print it out and compare it.
I see too many generic looking cape out there. Maybe, somebody shoud design this. It will benefit everybody. |

You can design the cape without having the money for it.

Its not that whoever buys a hall doesnt have the money to pay 2k, personally, I have 40k all my own, I barely even worked to get that, just picked stuff up off the ground as I went along and sold to vendor.
That said, capes gain you nothing PVP, and in fact they make it easier for the enemies to target YOU in PVP, so its actually a loss in PVP ability... not to mention I dont see why 8 people at the high end should have to have capes in order to hold HOH, apparently, regardless if you have PVP skill or not it doesnt matter, you need a cape if you want to be able to be the best in PVP. My guild house is in the frozen island, all blue and white, my guild cape was rez before I got that, and I could see myself a mile away, now with a cape that somewhat matches terrain and stuff I almost camoflage myself.
That has partly to do with it. Also, pretend you are a mouse click targetter for a moment, you go into some random PVP, and say its 8 on 8, none of your team has cloaks, 4 of their team has cloaks. Your team can choose targets easier based on who has cloaks and who doesnt, their team has a 33% chance to hit a team member if they are just picking no cloaks... As a long time PVPer from different games, I can tell you that its never really a good idea to paint a big red X on you when it comes to PVP. Maybe the difference is minor but its there. Why click your opponent to target them, just use the tab to target
