What is a Beastmaster Harness of Minor Illusion and the Dwarven Armor of minor inspiration??

I got it after salvaging stuff with my expert kit, and they are blue.

How much are they worth??
What can I do with them??
Make better armor perhaps??

That means they have runes in them, use an expert salvage kit on them and there's a chance to get them out.

They're useful if you're a mesmer primary, or have friends who are mesmer primaries, but because minor runes are so common, they're not worth all that much.
