Can shields/focii give + swordsmanship? - Guild Wars Forums

just 2 examples. One requires flame magic and has a plus to divine favor, the other requires flame magic and boosts earth.

It says "+1 'any attribute name' (1-20% chance while using skills)." for both shields and focii. I'm wondering, is this a mistake or does it really mean ANY?

yea i guess the bids ended already. My point is one of them required earth magic but gave a bonus to say fire magic. What I'm curious about is can focii give a bonus to say swordsmanship or is it limited to JUST magic skills. Also can shields give swordsmanship or str or are they limited to + tactics (NOT a REQUIREMENT in tactics)?
