By healing winds I assume you mean Healing Spring. It can be found at Ascalon Settlement. (North of Lion's Arch)

Distacting Shot can be found at can be found at Yak's Bend.

I don't see a town north of lipns arch to travel to on my map.

Ascalon Settlement doesn't have a fast travel dot on the map. Unfortunately, you have to walk there through the explorable area.
