very possible stupid question...

in towns, how are characters hands glowing when they dance or whatever? Is that cartain classes or what? Something they are wearing. Im presear noob just havin some fun before the war.

or the divine aura those people with the collector's edition got?

yes, and apparently it only works on emotes. So its existence in the game is just to make people like me stare and wonder and ask stupid question in forums. I guess it worked.
