Do i have to use EXPERT SALVAGE KIT to salvage purple items for strings and tilts? or normal ones fine?

LOL yes the only way i've ever gotten upgrades from purple or yellow iteams is from expert, normal salavages are usally only good for worthless monster drops like half eaten moss

I'm guessing you CAN get them with a normal but it would be a lot less of a chance.

Who cares it's 16 gold per use I think you can spend it.

You`ll never get anything but common crafting items using a normal salvage kit. You need to use an Expert.
