I'm wondering if you can create your own emblems for a guild's cape. If so what are the specs.

As a guild officer, i checked the capes out, and I'm pretty sure you can only use the designs they give you. However, there are so many combinations and colors that no two will look the same. I could be wrong, maybe you can create a custom one.

Right now, custom designs are not in the game. It'll probably stay that way; I can tell you right now, with all of the immature kids running around, they'll be boobs on capes if we allowed custom designs. However, there have been contests for cape designs, and there probably will be more in the future.

yea the number of possible combinations are pretty staggering.

You can change the background color of the cape. I think there was 16 base colors to choose from. You can also adjust the shade of the cape, I think there's at least 16++ shade gradiants for every color.

You can change the color and shade of the logo to the same extend. There's..... heck I don't remember how many different logos. I'll call it 12+ logos but I'm sure there's more.

You can choose the actual shape of the cape from about 6+ different styles.

Plus there's a secondary background color for the cape you can adjust for color and shade and you can choose from several different patterns, let's call it 16. The rules about color and shade also apply to that.

Conservatively speaking from just those numbers above you're looking at 7,247,757,312 different possible combinations. Aside from a few specific logos that people might gravitate toward (I'll use the Jolly Roger as an example, the skull and crossbones on a pure black background) you're not likely to find anybody having the same cape, or even the same looking.
