Can some tell me where i can find the monument of surmia in the cities of ascalon quest?

The monument is in the Ruins of Surmia Mission. The mission starts in Fort Ranik.

It's towards the end of the mission where you open the drawbridge for Prince Rurik. If looking at the closed door its to the left.
