I was just wondering if there are any rod upgrades in this game? I know there are staff upgrades. Does anyone know?

No, you cant upgrade wands nor shields nor foci.

Basicly you cant upgrade anything that you can combine with something that you can upgrade becasue that would make balancing hell for the devs.
