Animate Minions / Fiend - Location? - Guild Wars Forums

Quick question:

Where do I acquire Animate Minions and Fiend. The "guide" here on GWG claims "Bartoch (Roknar's Forge)", but on the map/interactive map I can't seem to find that location. Currently I have leveled up to "The Gate of Kryta".
