how do u caluculate health degeration??
like CP how much dmg is it?

No, you can only use runes that are for your primary class, save vigor and absorption. I believe hp regen/degen is 3 hp per tick per second, but I may be wrong.

You're right about the Vigor runes, but Absorption runes are Warrior-specific.

As for health degeneration, each pip corresponds to 2 health per second, and there is a cap of +/- 10 pips, or 20 health per second.
