I just completed this quest and it tells me to return to Oswalt Alston for my reward. Where do I find him?

I think you have to click on the tombstone and his ghost will appear with the explanation point above his head.

Yes it's the tombstone. It's between Grenditch Courthouse and Yak's Bend.. Ascalon foothills?
