Pet stats
Will we ever get to see what our pets are really made of? I am sure all you rangers out there have noticed slight differences between the different pets. Still, when planning a build, it would be good to see exactly how much a pet will do and so forth. That would be nice to see the comparitive stats between the animals.
For example, I swear the Moa attacks the fastest out of them all, but perhaps the best damage goes to the wolf or boar? Any comments? |

Don't forget the lynx.
I've heard the best damage come out of Boar's, but that comes with the slowest attack speed. |

What I would like to see
What I would like to see is more control over a pet. It can be as basic as sit, attack, guard this, heel, etc....

Pet control
That is something I would like to see also. I enjoy having the cat for hand-to-hand, but would like to have more control over what it does. Some useful commands as well as some fun ones.( lick <person>, etc....)

Those suggested pet commands are not all that useful because you can only see your pet in mission or explore, unless they change it so that you can take it with you to town.

If you want another animal could you charm it when you still have a pet?

you will not be able to charm another animal whiel you still have a pet. you need to give up your pet to jarrel the tamer and free up your "charm animal" skill.
