Guild Hall Sigil - Guild Wars Forums

My guild finally saved enough to get our guild hall but now the guy selling the sigils is gone...apparently we have to trade one with a player. Is this right? Whats going on?

Yea, either get one via trade, or get ascended and stuff which is hard.
