in my previous character, i was doing quests for devona (tithe for ashford abbey, charr in catacombs), but now she doesn't talk to me on my second character. I'm level 6, pre-searing, have some new armour, and have a second profession.

Even weirder, I already did a quest for her (that quest where all the charr charge ashford and you fight them with her). But now she doesn't have any quests for me.

What triggers more quests from her?

Sometimes you have to do a quest from someone else in order to get new quests from her. There are a bunch of quests throughout the game that will only appear after you do a certain quest first.

Also, she may only give you quests if your a certain proffession. Im not sure if Devona is one of these types however.
