Attribute Points - Guild Wars Forums

My Necro is lvl 20 and ascended.
But i only got 170 attribute points out of 200 possible.
Can anyone shed some light on it why i miss 30 att points?

You gotta do 2 quest for the attributes points.

Do pvp chars have the 30 points extra already?
