i would like to know are there any event that will transfer me into a different realm in which i cant go back to the post searing realm?
if so, can anyone describe it so ill know for sure what mission to stay clear of til im ready to leave?

It's from Sir Tydus in Ascalon. He asks you if you're ready to leave for the academy. You select yes if you want, if not you select no.

If I'm reading your question correctly, you're asking if it'd be possible to leave Post and never go back?

If so, then the answer is no. Once you leave Pre-searing, you're IN the post searing world, no matter where you map to. And thus, you won't be 'kicked-out' per se.
