Guild Transaction Failed (Invite Player (player name), err=2)

What does this mean? How is it fixed? sometimes when I invite people this happens.

Ive never had it cuz im not an officer but im pretty sure you get thet when you invite someone when their already in a guild that would make sense

The games error messages always confuse me :/

No, if you try to invite someone who is in a guild, it just says they're already a member of a guild, this is a new one to me.
