i was wondering if there was a specific spot where fiery dragon swords drop the most ?

Nop there isnt. Like all drops in Guild Wars, they are random. But the more difficult the area, the more chance you have to get one. There are a few frequent drop areas, Southern Shiverpeak, Crystal Oasis, Dragon's Lair and the Volcano. (I got quite a few drops from there, but not any with 22 dmg, so if anyone reading this have one, I will buy it.)
