I did a search on this, but couldn't find a definite answer.

From whom can I purchase a Signet of Capture? Is there a quest I must complete? If I use it, can I buy another?

Skill trainer from Ascalon City if I'm not mistaken. BUT... there is a quest later on in the Desert (the Oasis) that you can get it as a reward.

You get the first one off a quest given by Magi (think that's the NPC's name) in Lion's Arch. After that, you can buy them off some of the skill trainers in the game (not sure which ones).

I am building an IW Warrior that runs off Distortion/SoF/Bonetti's. I would like to use the Signet to capture Spirit of Failure from a boss in Gates of Kryta. However, will I be able to obtain another Signet in time before I run into a boss with IW?

u can get capture signet from quarrel falls

and btw i dun think sipirt of failure is a elite skill so u dun hafta capture it

According to the GWG Skill Trainers listing, I won't be able to get SoF for a while. Bonetti's is good, but it's still not enough.
