i would go with a 15-28 short/halfmoon with a +20% grip of dwarfslaying, a sundering string with +20% armor penetration, and an internal modifier of +15% or more damage, depending on the requirement you like.

Yeah, what Bgnome said. That would make an exceptional Dwarve Plinker.

I found a hammer with that modifier in a BWE and I was planning to use it just because it was a Hammer of Dwarfslaying. Good stuff. Matt |

They are short, hairy, and tend toward alcoholism.

Thanks for the replies. Armor penetration is a biggy I didnt think about, then add poison I should do just fine. And the chocolate only works on the chubbier dwarves, ive tried.

Chocolate-covered gold would work well. (And you could even skip the chocolate.)

Adjust your aim so that it fires a little low, too.

Somewhat in the same vein, as a ranger, I replaced Power Shot in my ready skills with Penetrating Shot which has 20% armor penetration. In principle, the Power Shot does more damage, but in practice Penetrating Shot does, since it has a better chance of getting through a target's armor.
Penetrating Shot works much better for me. |
